Being in Massachusetts, I mailed Rago Brothers my wallet for repair. It has been my favorite wallet for over 10 years, and I could not find a replacement for it. The zipper slide had broken. Thankfully, Rago Brothers was able to assess the damage by emailed photographs, and they were able to replace the zipper
