Yes, we have parts for some brands. However, not all companies have replacement parts available. If you see the word “generic” in your quote, then we will not be able to get the parts from that company, and we will use a non-branded, similar/best match part.
If you’d like to send a few photos of your item(s) and a description of the areas needing repair using the form above, we can provide an initial assessment and price range for the repairs needed. Please note we cannot offer exact pricing without having the item in our shop, and this price range cannot be considered final; prices may vary once we receive the item and properly evaluate it.

Yes, you could list each item separately on the Mail-in Repair Form. If you authorize us to do the repairs and the quote is $300 or more, you will get free return shipping within the continental United States.
You can select the shipping company of your choice, and make sure to keep the tracking number with you until we email your final repair assessment and price. If sending in shoes, please send both shoes. If sending a belt, please make sure to send the entire belt (buckle and leather). Please do not send: dust bags, boxes, shoe trees, or any extra personal items aside from the item to be repaired.
Yes. If you create an account, you can review and approve quotes, submit payment, and track your mail-in repair status and shipments.
If you choose to do your mail-in repair as a Guest, you will not have the ability to track your repair status or pay online for mail-in repairs.

The turnaround time for a repair can vary depending on what repairs are being done. Most repairs ship within 3-10 business days once you approve the repair quote.
Once you receive your emailed repair quote and you have contacted us with your credit card information, the payment will be authorized and appear as pending in your account. When the repair is completed and ready to ship, we will finalize the charge to process the payment.
After an item has been received and assessed in our shop, if you decline our repair quote, there will be a shipping fee to return item(s) to a US address, according to the chart below.
We recommend that you contact us to get an Initial Photo Repair Assessment and an idea of pricing before mailing in an item, by filling out the form above and providing photos with a note explaining the areas needing repair.

We handle all repairs with care and ensure a quality job is done each and every time. In addition, we guarantee our repairs for one year. Since normal wear and tear is expected to occur with use, our guarantee covers repair defects only. While we don’t anticipate any issues with your repair when you receive it back from our shop, we kindly ask that you contact us with any concerns within 15 days of receiving your repaired item.
