For several years I have used a Michael Kors handbag and must have loved it ‘to death’ because the purse straps became frayed and worn. I learned of Rago Brothers from a Michael Kors representative as a company that they recognized could repair the purse to perfect order. After contacting Rago Brothers who assured me that they could indeed repair the straps, I sent the purse and received it repaired in perfect order a few days ago.
