Found your Website and decided to stop on the way down to have your staff evaluate repairing patent leather straps on my wife’s Coach bag. Service was outstanding and very patient. You replaced the straps while I waited about 45 minutes. Young lady (Boston College Alum) who assisted me could not have been nicer and extremely accommodating. THANKS!
