Michael Kors Company was contacted concerning repairs for my purse. They highly recommended Rago Brothers, and with good reason. They did outstanding work, and I experienced amazing customer service. I also included a sandal. I was told by someone else that it could not be repaired. Both the purse and shoe look like brand new. A testimonial about personal experience is the best advertisement.
