WOW! I just received my refurbished Goyard back and it completely exceeded my expectations on ALL levels. Perfection all the way around! You can tell they really care about the customer. My entire experience was a pleasure from phone calls to finished product. MY bag but it’s better than ever. Softer & supple. Also, other companies did not want to touch the monogram and told me it couldn’t be done. Apparently it can, in the right hands. True craftsman & artisans. See for yourself.
