I have sent two Louis Vuitton bags to be cleaned and have minor repairs done. The initial quotes were very reasonable and they responded to me by email quickly. The repairs were finished speedily and shipped back to me within a week. Both bags came back to me in better shape than I could have expected. I have been bragging about their work to potential new customers. I wouldn’t use any other company after how much they have impressed me.
