Rago’s exceeded my expectations with their friendly approach and timely repair of my shoes. I sent them a favorite pair of 10-year-old Ferragamo Grandioso shoes with a broken bit, and they repaired them in less than 2 days time (in plenty of time for family wedding festivities next week). They used original Ferragamo replacement bits, similar or same heel rubber, recolored the leather, and the shoes look as good as new (better than new considering they fit my feet so well)! Thanks to the Rago repair and service team!
