I recently had my LV fixed by the team at Rago and could not be happier from my entire experience. They were quick to respond to my inital outreach and in constant communciation throughout the whole process. Not only was their customer service great, but their actual service on the repair was outstanding. I had a small ink stain on my canvas LV bag which they stated was hard to clean. My options were to have them try to clean the stain then hand dye the area the best they can. I took a chance and I could not be happier. The bag looks brand new! Their turnaround was also quick which was impressive. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use their services again if ever in need!
