Rago Brothers was referred to me by the department store I originally purchased my handbag from. Well, I sent the one side of the handle back to Rago to have it repaired. Their pricing is very reasonable. I received my handle back in less then two weeks. Thinking I have the strap finally fixed. When I opened the box… SURPRISE!!!
