I sent my Michael Kors bag to be repaired because the edging around the straps have completely come off making the bag rough to sit on my shoulder. Since I was getting that work done I also decided to have the exterior cleaned since I could tell that some of the dye from my clothes was starting to transfer to the leather. I got my bag back a couple of days ago and I could not believe the condition that it was in; it looked like the day that I got it at the store. There was a set in dark hair dye stain that had been there for over a year and the stain was completely removed! The edging looks beautiful and I can finally use my favorite bag again.
