I received a beautiful Kate Spade bag as a gift a couple years ago, but after a few uses the hardware attaching the strap broke off. I was so disappointed because it was no longer useable, yet it was still beautiful since it was in pristine condition. It sat for 2 years until I discovered Rago Brothers. Wow… amazing customer service, beautiful workmanship, plus they fixed it within a day and shipped it back to me same day! So very kind, caring and efficient… I would love to meet them in person if I ever have the opportunity… that’s the kind of people they are! I love my bag once again thanks to Rago Brothers!
