I researched for a company who could repair my handbag and I found Rago Brothers. I was afraid it was not salvageable. My bag had several areas of old, dried blood from more than a year ago. I was very skeptical that they could remove these old stains. I thought having my bag dyed was my only option. First, they evaluated by bag and gave me an estimate. I had to trust them in determining what could be done. After all, they are experts in cleaning leather. Hannah was very helpful in explaining the process to me. I decided to go with them. I thought whatever they do, my bag could not look any worse. I sent my handbag and waited on their estimate. This was done in just a few days. They gave me a price, and I let them know I still wanted to proceed. I will be honest in that I thought it was a little pricey, but others online were expensive as well. Paying what I did was so worth it!! They sent my repaired handbag back to me restored. I was so so happy that they did a great job! I am absolutely thrilled. I had gotten my bag in Scotland and saw nothing like it here in the US. Thank you for such a wonderful job.
